A Real Gift Left Behind.

Legacy Life Cover connects you with

  • Independent,

  • whole-of-market

  • Qualified financial advice

so you get the

  • right cover,

  • at the right price,

  • from the right insurer for your circumstances.

Not just the one insurer someone signed a deal with.

Why Ethical Ethos Ltd Exists

An ethos which is ethical is a guiding spirit — the values and character that shape how a person or organisation actually behaves, not just what it says on a page.

That's where our name comes from, and it's meant to be lived up to, not just worn.

We could have made this easy on ourselves.

The simple route — the one most introducer sites take — is to tie up with a single insurer.

Resulting in

  • One product range,

  • One pricing table,

  • One set of terms.

It's quick to set up, and it's quick to explain.

It's also the route that limits you.

A single insurer can only offer you their rates, their underwriting view of your health and circumstances, and their appetite for the amount of cover you're asking for.

If they're not competitive for your age, your health history, or your budget that month — you never find out, because you were never shown anything else.

So we chose the harder route instead!

Ethical Ethos Ltd was built to introduce you to

  • independent,

  • whole-of-market

  • qualified financial advice

Through AdviceWise Ltd, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 839690) — where  every major insurer's rates are compared against your actual circumstances, not just one company's.

That's the only way to be confident you're seeing the

  • best price,

  • the most appropriate policy structure,

  • and the maximum cover your family could get for the premium you're paying.

We Can Help You Compare

Life Cover

for family protection, so the people who depend on you financially are looked after if the worst happens.

Life Cover isn't only for parents protecting young children — it's also a straightforward way for grandparents to leave a guaranteed lump sum behind for grandchildren, without waiting on how an estate eventually gets divided.

Whole of Life Insurance

unlike term cover, this doesn't expire after a set number of years — it's guaranteed to pay out eventually, whenever that time comes.

That makes it a natural fit for later-life inheritance planning, and for helping cover an inheritance tax bill so more of an estate reaches the people it's meant for.

Family Income Benefit (rent cover)

rather than a single lump sum, this pays out a regular income to your family for the rest of the policy term.

For a family used to living on a monthly salary, a steady income can be easier to manage than a large sum arriving all at once — covering everyday costs like the rent, school fees, or simply day-to-day living.

Critical Illness Cover

a lump sum if you're diagnosed with a specified serious illness, to ease the financial pressure while you focus on recovery.

Mortgage Protection

cover structured around your mortgage, so your home doesn't become another thing to worry about.

Over 50s Life Cover

guaranteed acceptance cover designed for later life, no medical questions.

Funeral Plans

helping take the financial and practical weight off your family at an already difficult time.

Many of these policies also come with valuable protection already built in, often at no extra cost:

Terminal Illness Cover

included as standard with most life insurance and whole of life policies. If you're diagnosed with a terminal illness and given a life expectancy of 12 months or less, your policy can pay out early, in full, while you're still here — giving you and your family time and money to put things in order, rather than waiting until after you've gone.

Children's Cover

many life and critical illness policies automatically include a benefit for your children too, often free of charge. If a child is diagnosed with a covered condition, a lump sum is paid out to help with the practical and emotional cost of that time — separate from, and in addition to, the main cover on the policy.

Because we compare

whole-of-market rather than one insurer's product range, we make sure you know exactly what's included as standard — and what isn't — before you commit to anything.

Because we work across the whole market rather than one insurer, we can genuinely match the policy to you — not the other way around.

Trusts

many of these policies can be written in trust — meaning the payout goes straight to the people you've chosen, faster, and outside the delays of probate.

It's a simple step that AdviceWise can talk you through, and it's often the difference between a payout that arrives in weeks rather than months.

The Bottom Line

We didn't build Legacy Life Cover to be the easiest to set up.

We built it to be the one that actually works in your family's interest because it's:

  • independent advice,

  • whole-of-market comparison,

  • and a gift left behind that means something, whichever option you choose.
